Many names do not translate from one language to another, and I believe Ryan is one that doesn't. A person who speaks Spanish might pronounce the name Ryan a bit differently, but it would still be the same name.

When I lived in Spain, my friends converted my name of Pat Ryan, to a formal version, Sr. Don Patricio Ryan (variation, Rian).

Thus, the Y was pronounced as the Spanish letter I, in a hard English E sound, or Ree ann', with the acccent on the last syllable.

Ryan and variations like Rian, O Rian as Irish surnames are widely known in Spain, from the 1600s on.
