I presume you mean GCSE, General Certificate of Secondary Education, a British public exam generally taken in year 11.
If you drop out of school after GCSE's, these will be your primary qualifications for any job. Even if you stay in school and take your A-Levels, they are extremely useful when applying to universities, because those are the first tests that they look at.
