What is procedure to get duplicate degree certificate in Andhra University?

If you lost your original degree certificate and want to get a duplicate copy of it first you have to take a demand draft from any nationalized bank of rupees 1200+(30 rupees per year from the year you passed the exam ) in the name of the registrar ,Andhra university.

you must also attach a copy of the provisional certificate+3 years mark lists and a covering letter.

you must write the address to which it must be sent.

you may receive your certificate within 10-15 days ....

A Certificate from the First Class Magistrate in a Stamped paper of Rs. 20/- about

the loss of the Degree Certificate.

2. Demand Draft of Rs. 1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) drawn in favour of

"Bharathidasan University" payable at Tiruchirappalli - 620 024.

3. A Declaration by the candidate should accompany to the effect that the Duplicate

Certificate is required for bonafide purpose only.

4. The candidate should produce a certificate from the principal certifying the original

Degree Certificate is not traceable and beyond recovery.

5. Copy of the Complaint given by the student to the Police.

6. The candidate is directed to produce the original certificate obtained from the police

department against the complaint lodged by him for the loss of the certificate.

taking ur duplicate t c from college u need following things done:
1. application to the college officer stating proper reason
2. print media report (news paper cutting)
3. An Affidavit stating tht ur t c is actually lost and if u found it again, u will nt use it ......
4. F I R of the T c lost
the college department may ask u for some fee for issueing duplicate t c against a proper fee receipt for the same...and time period ranging b/w 4-10 dayz...
