Well I was 10/11 in grade 5.It could be different for every one like when your birthday is.If your born in January then you will most likely be 10/11 but if your born in December then you will most likey be 9/10 and be 11 in grade 6 if you don`t fail.It also depends how old you were when you started kindergarten or grade 1.If you were born in January and started school at the age of 6 then you should be 10/11.It can also be different by if you have ever failed a grade because you could 11/12 and depending on your birthday,ever fail a grade and how old you were when you started school that will change grade.
Normally you should be 10-11 in 5th grade (start the year at 10, and then turn 11). But some kids end up getting held back and having to repeat a year in school, so because of that, it's definitely possible for some kids to turn 12 in 5th grade.
