How much should you expect to pay for a clutch replacement in a 98' ford escort zx2?

You can find a Stage 2 or 3 clutch on eBay for about the same price as you could buy and OME clutch at your local autoparts store. About 150 for the clutch, and 100 to 300 for installation (depending on the mechenic). -Antwon00

Will an auto reset circuit breaker work in your trucks fuse box If so you would you need a 12v 20A breaker for your 20 amp fuseThe fuses keep blowing on your S-10 seconds after you put them in?

Why don't you go to a mechenic shop and have them fix the problem. The risk is if you put a bigger fuse or same fuse and keep blowing sooner or later you will blow some more expensive component, there is also the chance that could lead to a fire on the electrical system, and trust me sparks and gas they don't go along very well.

What causes a Saturn SL1 to continue to make clicking and clunking noises when you turn and when you brake after the CV axles have been replaced?

Check the strut assembly on the side that is making the noise. It is possible that the strut is starting to go and that's what is making the noise. This may especially be true if you can make the clunking sound happen by pulsing the brakes as the car is moving forward. I just went through a similar problem with a 1997 SL2. The car had only 78,000 original miles when I had new brake calipers and brake lines installed (by a friend) and shortly afterward the car developed a "clunking" noise during hard right turns. We, the friend and I, checked damn near everything and though I felt it had to be related to the brake work the friend, who is a much more experienced mechenic felt otherwise. We installed new axle assemblies on both sides to no avail and I decided to allow the problem to get worse to mak locating it simpler. Finally, after about six months of use the problem got severe enough that I was becoming concerned. The noise started appearing even while braking with the wheels straight. I finally took the car to a Saturn dealer and they located a brake line that had been installed incorrectly and was rubbing on the rotating wheel assembly during certain manuvers, including turning and sometimes when braking. The brake line was worn almost completely through and was on the verge of breaking and replacing the line eliminated the problem. So much for my friends expertise!!
