The highest possible score is a 180. If you can score above a 160 on the exam, you can get into MOST great schools. A 170 score CAN get you into the BEST schools, but certainly, is no guarantee of admission. Best of luck.

GED scoring ranges from 200-800. Passing score is 450. I would say a high score would be 650 in each category. Or a combined score of 3250. But basically you could just look at the percentile for each score, and that shows on average, what percentage of high school graduates that scored the equivalent or lower than you. Hope this helps!
