The Engineer of 2020 will need to posess strong leadership characteristics, ingenuity, and adaptability as well as technical proficiency. To ensure that our students graduate with the skills and attributes to be competitive in an uncertain and rapidly changing global economy, Purdue's College of Engineering has established the Engineer of 2020 Initiative.
