In most usages like computer term, 'patch(es)' would be パッチ /pa-cchi/.

[cch = geminated 'ch'].

'Patch' in sense of a piece sewn on a hole, wound etc and in general something joined later (it can also mean to success, to inherit) would be 継ぎ /tsu gi/.
