Well, first I would not worry. If it is one test, then it's OK. Next time, try to study more in advance, and take time a couple days before the test to study. If you don't get the concept, then I would go to your teacher, or go online to Dr.Math.com (this is a great website.)
But...if you continuously are failing the math tests, then I would talk to your teacher on how to get some extra help. And I understand the word TUTOR may sound scary, but it's not. Having a tutor helps a lot, and it does not mean your dumb just because you have one. Talk to your parent or guardian to see if you could get one.
