What happens if you fail a class in middle school?

You will get another chance

depends of the test

if you are in 8th grade, you will get another chance and if you fail a scond time, you get held back.

you also need to pass it in 11 grade (i think) to pass high school

Well, first I would not worry. If it is one test, then it's OK. Next time, try to study more in advance, and take time a couple days before the test to study. If you don't get the concept, then I would go to your teacher, or go online to Dr.Math.com (this is a great website.)

But...if you continuously are failing the math tests, then I would talk to your teacher on how to get some extra help. And I understand the word TUTOR may sound scary, but it's not. Having a tutor helps a lot, and it does not mean your dumb just because you have one. Talk to your parent or guardian to see if you could get one.

well if you failed it you could be held back or they get a group of people and judge to see if you should be in the next grade if you are held back do more studying there is another way how to pass your current grade if you failed the starr text which is the taks test study gets good grades then if you are smart enough you will skip that grade because you know everything thay have to teach you

If you fail math in middle school, you'd probably get kicked out of that school. Or if you fail math, you should always concentrate or study more often. Go in a quite room and do your work. Spend unnecessary time doing work.

I was told that if u fail both of the math and reading staar test in 6th grade, then they will take away one your electives for 7th grade.
