Nothing. I am a teacher for 5 years now and that is all anyone worries about. State Tests are not meant to asses the student. They are meant to see how well or poorly the school is teaching you. I one of my students were to fail, they might get put in a extra help program. If 5 or 6 students fail from my class, we might have a curriculum meeting. I don't know how to say it to get it in my students heads! State Tests do not count towards grades, summer school, ANYTHING! So don't worry about them and just do your best.
State testing is not a pass/fail test. The state testing tells your teacher this year and next year what you learned and what areas you need help in. Students are measured on proficiency in each subject. This scores will not keep you in your present grade, but will determine what classes you need or levels of classes you need for next year.
You are likely to fail the course. Which means you would have to take the course over again.
