The grammar is incorrect. The forms of the verb "ser" are used for intrinsic characteristics of something, not for transient circumstances. If you were to say this, it would mean something like "I am , as a permanant aspect of my being, always listening".
In this case, I believe you are going for the present progressive, which is formed by a conjugated form of the verb "estar" plus the gerund (the "ing" form) of the main verb. For this, it would be "Estoy escuchando", or "I am listening".
Remember that the progressive tense in Spanish is not used nearly as much as in English, and only applies to current actions.
Soy yo: "I am me," or "it's me."
yo no soy: I'm not
"Soy yo" means "I am me", usually meaning "it's me." "mar" is the word for "sea." If you mean "I am the sea", then it would be "Yo soy el mar."
yo soy ángel means: I am Angel.
"Yo soy feliz" in Spanish means "I am happy."
yo soy el rey: I am the king.
Asi como soy yo: Just as I am.
yo soy extrovertido means: I am extroverted/outgoing.
"Colombia Soy Yo" means Colombians want peace.
Yo soy de Portugal means 'I am from Portugal.'
"Quen soy yo" in English translates to "who am I" or "who I am."
"Yo Soy..."
