If you mean "Good" in the sense of "healthy" then it is "Ich fuehle mich gut" or "Mir geht es gut". If you mean good in the sense of "not bad/evil" it is "Ich bin gut"
The German sentence makes little sense and is grammatically incorrect. I think what you're trying to say is I don't feel well, my asthma is killing me which translates as Ich fühle mich nicht wohl, mein Asthma bringt mich um or Mir gehts nicht gut, mein Asthma bringt mich um.
"Mich" is the accusative form of "I" and is used as the direct object of a sentence, while "mir" is the dative form of "I" and is used as the indirect object of a sentence. For example, "Er sieht mich" translates to "He sees me" and "Er gibt mir das Buch" translates to "He gives me the book."

It tells you how you are feeling. Like people say they have a gut feeling. When we aree nervous we get butterflies, or when we are in love. You feel certain things that you cannot put into words. I think that is what your 'gut' does.Do you mean "gut" as in "stomach" or "gut"? If you mean stomach, it breaks down the food you consume into smaller pieces. That way, the nutrients can be absorbed and used by the rest of the body.
