In the UK, the traditional home of the boarding school, the most prestigious have to be Eton and Harrow because of their historical links with the aristocracy. After those two, Rugby and Winchester probably come next. As for Gordonstoun, this is not really up there at all. Well, I would imagine that there are a few that would claim the title, but you might look into Gordonstoun in Scotland because it's the place the Royal boys traditionally go to. SUpposed to be a tough place all round. Then there are the traditional British schools Eton and Harrow, although they are rather more noted for intellectuals bound for Oxford University, and homosexuals and spies bound for Cambridge. I'm sure Harvard and Yale have their favorite drawing spots if you asked their admissions department where they go shopping now they have stopped taking gangbangers from LA streetcorners. A noble experiment, but not a wise one, methinks. LA streetcorners is not high on my list for putting Junior's name down for when he gets born. Phil
