The University of Connecticut (UCONN) requires freshman applicants to have completed at least 15 units in college preparatory work. This work includes four years of English, three years of math, two years of social studies, two years of foreign language, two years of laboratory science, and three years of electives.
The higher quality the university the harder it is to get in for instance it is a lot harder to get into Rice than it is to get in to University ofTexas at San Antonio. You should go to U.S. news and check out the college rankings it tells you the acceptance rate and top schools but the general requirements are high standardised test scores which you can study for and good grades which you can make up for with a year of community college and a powerful essay which you can improve by doing three alright essays everyone can't go to Harvard but everyone can go to college
3.4
If you mean UConn I'd say a 3.25 unweighted GPA and a 4.25 weighted QPA would be more than enough...
The GPA most likely is fine, but Uconn is becoming a more competitive university and the 1600 out of 2400 may not be enough when compared to kids applying with higher scores.
Students admitted to Uconn Storrs campus have an average GPA of 3.42 or higher and average SAT of 1192.
absolutly dont sweat it at all. tests arent as important as most people think and a 4.0 is easily enough to get u into Uconn
Uconn has stopped accepting transfer students into their pharmacy program. You must go to uconn starting as a freshman to enter their program.
this is the GPA you need to get a 2.0 GPA
you can get into UConn with a lot lower than 3.0. maybe you should think about raising your standards cause I'm sure you can get into better colleges than UConn although they do have some awesome parties
