There is nothing to stop you from working and going to school full-time. Even though there may be some issues to abide by, the GI Bill is a benefit, not a restriction. That being said, going to school and working is not going to be easy. I know because I have been there. Thus, if your grade point average (GPA) falls below a 2.0 (C average), you will have a problem. Stay in contact with the veterans affairs office at the school you are enrolled in. He/she will require the appropriate documentation to start your benefits and certify you each semester. In addition, the officer will be able to explain all the dos and dont's in detail. Best wishes and thank you for your service!

Your status under the GI Bill, any of the incarnations of it, are dependent solely upon you, your time in service, and your status as relates to school.

Firstly according to laws it's not good to unblock any restriction from your school internet but if you still want to refresh your mind after a huge study by playing some games then you can use some Proxy websites or VPN software to unblock games and other restrictions from your school PC. Actually a proxy/VPN will bypass all restrictions from your school's firewall.
It varies by state, but usually you need a work permit if you're under 16.
