both the comedians are equally talented. so Suzanne decided to marry a person who was a better actor. so in a cafe both the comedians decided to enact a solemn role as every one is recognising them as a comedians. there came the executioner,Jacques who wished to apologise to the public regarding the execution.but he he has stage fear.so by getting the grand advertisement and double the money robhinchon act the role of executioner so as to mesmerise suzanne.the crowd deeply loved what he spoke. robinchon was invited to an interview. there he met a old man who claims that his son(whom Jacques put to death)was innocent. he calimed to have mixed poison in the wine that robinchon just drank.later he realizes the old man was none other than his friend quinquart.quinquart fools robhinchon and the public give suzanne hand to quinquart who considered to be a better actor. also quinquart also suported his frnd
