At the age of 12 or 13 boys start to hit puberty and for most boys will end at around the age of 17 even though some boys keep growing until their 18 years old. Other signs of boys hitting puberty are things like change in height, their voice becomes deeper and they will start to develop facial and pubic hair on their chest and around the penis. At the end of puberty most boys will be stronger than girls because they have more muscle than fat compared to girls and they should also be taller in height than most girls. When girls hit puberty they will start to have their periods, their breasts and hips will enlarge, they develop under arm hair as well as their pubic hair and their hormones will kick in more than boys, Girls tend to feel more of the emotional side during puberty compared to boys. One minute they will be happy and the next they could be in a strop for no reason. Girls and boys will both start to get spots which will cause embarrassment for both sexes.
