JRN rajasthan vidyapeet university is approved by ugc and MHRD. those are register before 1 April 2006 are now recognized students of university because university got the ex-post facto aprroval from ugc and dec both. The certain non-technical course are approved by ugc-dec-aicte joint committee approvaed but technical courses like B.Tech, M. Tech are now not approved by joint committee. Dec just allow to start the distance course but for perticular course university has to take the permission of concern body like AICTE, MCI and NCTE ...etc.

Rajasthan vidyapeeth university engineering btech approved by aicteugcdec?
It has one time joint committee approval in 2007. But after the ruling of supreme court stating that distance education technical courses do not fall under the jurisdiction of AICTE, JRN RAJASTHAN VIDYAPEETH is running the show by taking proper approvals from the UGC ,DEC and HRD. So dont have to worry ...check out the ugc and dec websites.
