Yes. In our opinion Miller-Motte College is a SCAM. They run the school like a money-hungry pack of wolves.
You will have problems receiving the money they calculate in your financial aid for living expenses, etc. They will tell you that you will get this 'stipend' but good luck because in our experience, you will not.
They will hold the extra money and give you lame excuses as to why you haven't received it and they will always have a 'new date' that you will receive your stipend but the 'new date' just comes and goes while you have no money.
If you are planning on going to school full time and are going to depend on the extra financial aid to help you get through with living expenses RUN NOW, this is NOT THE SCHOOL FOR YOU!
Graduation rate is only 33% - probably due to the fact that students can't sustain themselves but for so long, get discouraged by the way the staff treats them when they ask about their money and are basically forced to quit attending.
Also, DO NOT BELIEVE THE COST OF ATTENDANCE QUOTE THEY GIVE YOU!!! THEY ONLY GIVE YOU THIS TO GET YOU TO SIGN, THEN THEY PLAY AROUND WITH THE ACTUAL COSTS LATER TO FILL THEIR POCKETS!!!
PLEASE, consider other schools before you sign up for Miller-Motte Technical College.
Remember, this is our opinion based on our experience with Miller-Motte Technical School and you should base your decision to attend a school on your own due diligence and research.
The school does not have a regional accreditation. Therefore, the coursework and degree will not be recognized by the traditional regionally accredited colleges and universities, and, and may not be recognized by some employers. Read the following carefully.
WARNING!!!
When choosing a college or university within the United States, make sure the institution has a regional accreditation. With a regional accreditation you can be assured the coursework and degree you complete will be recognized by all other colleges and universities as well as employers. Below I have listed the six accrediting agencies and their geographical areas of responsibility. I am disclosing the below so you do not become a victim of educational scams, institutions that are nothing more than diploma mills, or that do not have the best accreditation, and are eager to take your money for a degree that is worthless. Make sure the institution is accredited by one of following responsible agencies.
Regional Accreditation Agencies
· Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools - Educational institutions in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands, as well as schools for American children in Europe, North Africa, and the Middle East.

There are many schools in South Carolina that offer Massage Therapist Career training. The best is Miller-Motte Technical College.
scam
It doesn't appear there are any electrical training programs in Leoma, but the Miller-Motte Technical College of Nashville and the Tennessee Technology Center at Knoxville offer courses.
Miller-Motte Technical College is a FOR PROFIT school located in Wilmington, NC. There are 17 campuses in 6 states plus the on-line option. Peole who don't do the research needed in chosing a school, usually find that a for profit (non-state school) is pretty expensive and an unknown school to many employers. Also this school's coursework probably will NOT transfer to another school as it does NOT have Regional Accreditation. Miller-Motte does have some accrediations, but NOT the kind that will transfer coursework easily. This is across the board. Doesn't matter if the institution is private or state-run, if it is not regionally accreditated, the courses probably will not transfer.Miller-Motte holds several program accreditations which are excellent things to have, but none of the campuses are Regionally Accredited. The prospective student needs to do some research no matter what school he/she is considering.
Miller College of Business was created in 1979.
