No, life is not possible without evaporation because if water does not evaporate the water in water bodies would not change .as it wouldn't change the polluted water can harm the environment diseases would spread aground ..it will become difficult to survive without evaporation .not only evaporation ,it would be hard to live in conditions against nature.

Yes, of course! Sun is not the only factor that affects the rate of evaporation. There is still the speed of wind, the amount of exposed surface area and the humidity level. Evaporation of water occurs ALL THE TIME, whether day or night, Summer or Winter. It will always be evaporating.
