Yes! You have a very good chace of getting into many of the top schools in the US . You have nothing to worry about. Although colleges like to see that you are doing other activities besides school, such as sports and community service!

Most likely, yes. It depends on the quality of applicants they get and what not, but the ACT is going to be given more preference than your GPA, and yours is higher than what they recommend. Also, if you took lots of APs, they will probably disregard your lower GPA, assuming you are on an unweighted system. Good luck!
