As far as i Know, its YES. Because Dravidian University is a recognised govt. university and those people cannot provide any junk courses. So u can rely on it and continue to do research

i hope yes, because of the reason, the UGC centre gives grants only to approved Unniversities of them, and Dravidian get's the Grant, this is listed in the UGC website. PLease check it Bala
