Alright, so...

The first instinct one may get in order to solve this problem would be to do 5! ..since there are five choices, and obviously you cannot repeat a color. However, they have to have a THREE sequence colored flag. So you only need to worry about three colors...

For the first color, you have five choices.. for the second.. you have four.. and for the third.. you have three.. and since this would cover the three color need that you have.. you would simply do..

5*4*3

which gives you a total of 60.
