In our daily busy life the most imp thing that we are forgetting is ourselves. Our body is not a machine. We need to take care of ourselves. We can do this by eating healthy food, exercising everyday, doing yoga and the most way is just by being cheerful.

Happiness is a word that commonly has only one meaning- an comforted joyful state of mind. Being happy keeps us distressed and relaxed.
