What is the difference between Chancellor and Principal?
A principal is the head of a public school and is second in
command, next to the head of the district.
A headmaster is the head of a boarding or private school, and
has complete control of the school compaired to the principal. The
only person above him would be the company that sponsers the
school, if the school has one. If there is no sponser, then there
is no one above the headmaster.
