日本語は少しだけ話せます。Nihongo ha sukoshi dake hanesemasu. I only speak a little Japanese.
日本語はあんまり出来ないNihongo ha anmari dekinai. I can hardly speak Japanese.

It's unnecessary to start sentences with reference to oneself, particularly when it's already evident who you're talking about.

You can say...

私の日本語が上手じゃありません。

Watashi no nihongo ga jyozu ja arimasen.

(My Japanese is not good.)

Or...

私の日本語が下手です。

Watashi no nihongo ga heta desu.

(My Japanese is bad.)

Since the Japanese culture is very humble, you could say

まだまだ日本語をもっと勉強しなくちゃいけません。

Mada mada nihongo wo motto benkyo shinakucha ikemasen.

(I still need to study more Japanese.)

Hope this helped :)

I think the most common way to say this would be 日本語しか話せません (nihongo shika hanasemasen) which would literally translate to "I speak nothing but Japanese".
