There are no standard tuition and fee rates for colleges and universities. Each institution will have rates particular to itself. There are a number of variables to consider to include whether the institution is public or private, the geographical location, the specific program of study (some of which have greater course and/or clinical fees), and whether the school is a two year or four year institution. Once you collect the names of some colleges and universities you have an interest in, you can then research the cost specific to those institutions.

Salary, earning potential, and marketability are not only determined by the type of field you are in and the degree you possess. It depends on your position within that field, the institution you work for, your experience, expertise, personal abilities, critical thinking skills, problem solving abilities, dedication and commitment toward ones work, and more. Thus, salary is not so much dependent on the type of degree as much as it is dependent on the person who holds the degree. Still, if you have a specific job title in mind, then it will be possible to find the estimated mean annual wage from the U.S. Census Bureau.

Salary and earning potential is strictly dependent on the type of field you are in and the employer you work for, your position within that field, your experience, expertise, personal abilities, critical thinking and problem solving abilities, dedication, and commitment. In other words, there is no standard salary particular for a master's degree, or any other type of degree. Thus, it is not solely the degree or major that determines a salary; it's more dependent on the individual who holds the degree.
