Well that depends if you're asking about the FIDM LA campus or any of their other campuses because I'm sure the student population varies on each campus. I do know on the FIDM website it says 8,000 students but I would say that's for all of their four campuses! My friends graduated from the LA campus and they told me that the students in each class were a great size--not to big and not too small! The FIDM campus overall is great and no matter the size of the campus or the student population, everyone is super friendly :) Good luck!
It depends on which program you major in and if you are going for the A.A., professional designation degree program or the bachelor of science in business management program. For example, for an A.A. in fashion design, the tuition is around $28,000 but that's not counting if you decide to live in the student apartments close to campus. My friends graduated from FIDM and they both got A.A.'s and they really loved the school and out of all schools that have fashion programs, they picked FIDM for their awesome reputation in the fashion industry. They even applied for financial assistance! I hope all goes well with your fashion career :) Good luck!
That's a great question and it seems like a good question to ask an adviser from the school because that's something they would know about. I have friends who graduated from FIDM and there are a lot of requirements that you have to complete when you apply but you don't know if you'll be accepted unless you try so go for it! Good luck!
Well I think that's a great question for an adviser from FIDM because students who attend the school or even students who graduated from FIDM would know the answer. I would say that the percentage of students who graduate from FIDM is very high since so many FIDM grads have a wide variety of careers in the fashion industry. My friends graduated from FIDM and they both love their careers in the fashion industry have a lot of their classmates have great careers also. your best option is to check out the school's website and talk to an adviser with any questions that you have. Good luck!
That's a great question and that's something that my friends who graduated from FIDM were unsure about but I do know that men do attend FIDM but I'm not sure how many there are. You may be able to ask a FIDM adviser that question and see what they say!
Oh yeah! There have been plenty of students who graduated with their four year degree then decided to attend FIDM! I have friends who graduated from FIDM and they had students in their classes who came from a wide variety of backgrounds from colleges and universities all across the United States! What's great about having your four year degree is you can attend FIDM and pursue a professional designation degree program which takes less time than an AA! You should check out FIDM's website to see which program you want to major in and see if they offer the professional designation degree but in a nutshell, I think it would be a great complement to your four year degree! Good luck!
The average age of students at the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising (FIDM) typically ranges from 19 to 23 years old. However, there may be some variation depending on the specific program or campus location.

How my students attend university of Arkansas
Each FIDM campus has a different student population and if you check out FIDM's website, they have around 8,000 students but I'm sure that for all four of their campuses.
1500 students attend Wilberforce University.
Despite the fact that FIDM doesn't have sports teams (for obvious reasons) it does have school colors. Students still like to show their spirit!
