It takes a semester of one hour classes. These classes are usually three days a week. some times, they will be a hour and a half twice a week.
It depends on the bachelors degree you want...For mine, I need 180 quarter credit hours (60 classes)...its typically 170-210 credit hours...divide that by 3 and you will get how many classes
20 "3 credit hour"classes. Three class hours equals 45 credit hours.
There are no laws regarding the maximum or minimum hours allowed in college. The number of credit hours/classes you can register for is limited by the school itself. Typically the maximum allowable credit hours is 21-25 per semester, with a recommended course load of about 15-18 hours. If all of your classes are typically 3 hour classes, 7 classes would be pushing it. However, if you have a few 1-2 credit hour classes, 7 classes may not be excessive.
I would assume 3 credit hours, which would be one class.

The grades A,B,C,D,F are given the numbers 4,3,2,1,0. Thus if you have 4 As in one semester your Grade Point Average (GPA) for that semester would be 4. If you had 2 As and 2 Cs your GPA would be 3. You add up the numerical score of your grades and divide by the number of courses. As a complication, some classes give more "credit" than others, so that you have to give more or less weight to the grade in the course, depending on how many credits the course counts for. For example, a 2-credit course counts for only half as much as a 4-credit course.
To calculate grade points, An A is assigned a 4, B a 3, C a 2, D a 1, and F a zero. In college you take classes for so many hours of credit each week. You may take one for 2 hours credit and one for 3 hours credit. If you take 3 classes for 3 hours and one course for 1 hour and make a B in all of them then you have a 3.0 GPA. The math is (((3*3)*3)+(1*3))/10=30. or a 3.0 GPA. Remember in your order of operations, items in parenthesis are done first. * is multiplication; / is division. If you get a B in the first three classes and a C in the last course your equation changes: (((3*3)*3)+(1*2))/10=29/10=2.9. Thus, a GPA of 2.981 is like a Grade point average of mostly B's and an occasional C. It could also be some A's and even more C's.
It depends on how many credit hours each class is. If each class is 4 credit hours, it is 12 classes. If each is 3 credit hours it is 16 classes. Most likely is is a combination of classes with different credit hours, so it is not possible to say how many classes 48 credit hours is in a individual situation.
