By now I'm guessing (because they sell more than one in each box) that one pencil costs $0.10 cents, but this is all a guess because there were different brands I'm sure, and they all don't sell for the same price. I have seen Little House on the Prairie, I'm not sure if you have, but the people in there got their pencils for $0.05 cents, that's when they still had one room schools.
