It depends on the degree and its classification. For example, if you have two degrees and both are a master's of arts, you indicate just M.A. In other words, John Smith M.A. If they are in different areas, then you would indicate both, John Smith M.A., M.S. Or, if they are different levels, John Smith M.A., PhD. However, at that level, most all just indicate the highest degree. In the case of the latter John Smith PhD. Lastly, identifying degrees at the undergraduate level is really not considered appropriate.

If the graduate degrees are in the same degree type you list it as one. If in different degree types, and or level, you list each. In other words, let us say you have two master's of arts degrees. one in History, and one in communication. The signature would be written, John Smith M.A. If you have a master's if arts and a master's of science you list the two. John Smith M.A., M.S. If you have a master's degree, and PhD, typically you would list only the highest, John Smith PhD.
