'You are very fat now' in Japanese may be translated as 今ã®å›ãŒã™ã”ã太ã£ã¦ã‚‹ (ima no kimi ga sugoku futotteru). I think a gentler way of saying this would be最近å›ãŒã¡ã‚‡ã£ã¨å¤ªã£ã¦ããŸã (saikin kimi ga chotto futotte kita ne) which would literally mean "you've put on a bit of weight recently, huh?" in Japanese.
You can say le-le or liyo.https://www.livinglanguage.com/community/discussion/315/saying-youre-welcome-in-japanese-not-recommended
