It depends on what you mean by "oil".

If you are referring to olive oil, it would be zeit zeitun (زيت زيتون).

If you are referring to petroleum, it would be nafot (نفط) or betrul (بترول), although betrul is used more for gasoline than the raw petroleum.

If you are using it to refer to verb of lubrication, e.g. oil the wheels, it would tazliq (تزليق).
