Threats of violence tend to be very specific in Spanish (such as "te voy a partir el hocico," which means "I will bust up your face"), so there isn't really any generic way to say "I will hurt you." The closest approximation would be "te voy a hacer daño," which means "I will harm you," but even that sounds a bit clumsy.
