"Sora wo bibishii." "Sora wo bikan" would be literally, "The sky is a beautiful sight"... but I'm not 100% certain that's correct grammar. "Sora wo bibishii" is probably the most accurate. Another way of saying it would be "Sora wo utsukushii." Hope that helps!

I'm sorry, but the above answer's construction is incorrect.

The correct way to say "the sky is beautiful" would be

"sora WA Utsukushii desu" in the formal form.

"Sora WA Utsukushii da" in the plain form, and

"Sora WA Utsukushii desu, ne?" adds "isn't it?" to the end.

you could also substitue "utsukushii" with "bibishii" which comes from the kanji 美, "bi" which means "beauty"

"Kirei" can also be used in it's place, though it means clean, or pretty.

雪片 /se-ppen/ means 'snowflake' in Japanese. You can also say 一枚の雪 /hi to hi ra no yu ki/ [lit: a flake/sheet etc of snow].

You may say 雪がきれいです (yuki ga kirei desu) to mean 'the snow is beautiful'. The pronunciation would roughly be "you-key gah key-ray dess".

Snow in Japanese is 雪 (yuki). The verb 'to snow' is simply 雪が降る (yuki ga furu) which literally means 'snow falls'.
