You could say "Es el estómago. Me duele mucho". When speaking of body parts, normally you don't use personal possesives. A more usual way to say this is "Me duele mucho el estómago." This is a reflexive use of the verb "doler" (dolerse), and literally means "the stomach is painful to me a lot." It is normally translated as "I have a stomach ache".
