"Immortal" is "chang sheng bu lao." "Chang shen" is "long-living" and "bu lao" is "not old," or "never (get) old" in this context.
Note that 神仙 (shen xian) is the term for the Chinese gods/goddesses/other mythical persons. While they are chang sheng bu lao (长生不老), the term shen xian does not actually mean immortal, it means spirit.
