But in order to get up and do something like this, you should set in earlier bed time, and you should get up a little earlier. If you start out your day rushed, the whole day will be hectic, rushed and a disaster. After you do something soothing or relaxing, do your normal day, just with that added in. Oh and you should be patient through out the day. You also shouldn't rush things, take your time, but not too much!
