How do you get an unfit teacher fired?

If by unfit, you mean like saying stuff that teachers aren't supposed to say- or incorrect language like yall's- or demonstrating what a student did by sticking up her/middle finger-or cussing during class- to students- and teachers- try getting your teacher so irritated that she'll/he'll want to leave- then make them do something they'll regret for evidence- tell the principle- or write a letter to the school board- or write a ressignation letter from that teacher to the school board and the principle. And before she/he leaves, say, "screw you. And I hate you! Goodbye!"
