The quality of the labor force also has upgraded due to the fact that each must attain a prescribed?ælevel of technical knowledge as opposed to workers of long ago who learned their skills by hand me down. The effect of computerization on administration level employees is productivity in two ways. Either they can squeeze in more data work and results in a day or they can do other productive matters after they're done with managing data.

Change is a constant for organizations and thus for managers.
