First just practice, and ask somebody you know that does have good handwriting, or ask an adult to help you
Mostly it is practice but getting a book on calligraphy and penmanship would help. It is also better use bold letters and leave a finger gap between each words and so the lines. It would make your handwriting to look like fine.
The way you need to alway remember is practice makes perfect!

Practice,Practice, and more practice. Unfortunately, I have't heard of a quick way to improve your handwriting, but I write all the time and mine is really neat.
