Probably not. The student must be able to take reasonable bathroom breaks and be given ample time to eat a meal at lunchtime. In the olden days of yore, yes this happened quite a bit, but today it seems likely not to happen.

How about a unit on nutrition, ending with healthy snacks. The kids could take turns sharing their favorite healthy snack by presenting a recipe card. If possible the kids could provide their favorite snack for the rest of the class to try.
