It shouldn't affect your chances as its down to your ability and qualifications to see whether they fit with the college requirements not what your sibling does or can do.

β 14y agoApplying with an 'undecided' major will not boost your chances of acceptance at any school. That said, neither will applying with a decided major. If you scored particularly well on a specific test, such as SATII Chem, maybe you could put your major as something sciency - showing admissions officers that you're good at what you want to be. Overall though, major shouldn't affect chances of admission significantly.
I would think this is a request to upload your current CV. Bear in mind that you can change your CV to better match the opportunity you are applying for prior to uploading it and this may increase your chances of gaining that all important face to face interview.
