No for the most part we don't. However sometimes it is easier to at least acknowledge it. Its not likely everybody where you work is a Satanist. Its not likely all your family are Satanists either and chances are these people are going to expect something from you... even if it is only a card.
I think its relevant to add, for the most part (even for some Christians) Christmas isn't completely about the birth of Jesus. Even staunch atheists celebrate Christmas.
