That's not a typical complaint, but a woman could have chlamydia and an odor-causing infection at the same time. Best to get screened for chlamydia if you're at risk, as it can be completely without symptoms.
Chlamydia typically doesn't cause odor. But just because you have an odor, doesn't mean you can't have chlamydia. If you are at risk for STDs, get tested, regardless of symptoms.
