An explanatory paragraph is added to the qualified report to explain the reasons for the qualification after the scope paragraph but before the opinion paragraph.
A persuasive Paragraph is a paragraph that tries to get you or the reader to do something. A persuasive paragraph will usually include your topic, three or four reasons why, and then how you perform the action. They sometimes include an opinion against it but they always tell you why the reason is wrong.
John Rutledge answered Randolph's arguments by outlining the reasons why Congress should be limited in power.
Usually you can start a salute and smash paragraph with "Although____ thinks_____" and then give reasons as to why it's not what that person or group of people thinks.
Reasons why people left their native countries
It's required by the Constitution. Article IV of the Constitution outlines this.
I suppose the most common reasons are death, increased income/assets, whereabouts unknown/moved out of state, failure to cooperate, no longer an eligible child in home.
