It's not a silver eagle. Silver eagles are modern bullion coins sold to collectors. The dollar denomination is entirely artificial.
A 1922 dollar coin is called a Peace dollar and was minted for use in daily commerce. At that time the price of silver was controlled and the coin contained a dollar's worth of silver.
The coin is NOT an Silver Eagle (1986 to date) it's a PEACE dollar (1921-1935) and assuming the coin is circulated and has no mintmark, retail values are $16.00-$22.00 the 1922 coin is the highest mintage most common date of the series.
$27.
Please look at your coin again. The person on the front is Miss Liberty! Dwight Eisenhower was a 32-year-old Army officer in 1922 so he certainly wouldn't have his picture on a coin.
There's no such coin. All 1922 silver dollars carried a portrait of the head of Miss Liberty, not a full image. The walking Liberty design was used on half dollars from that period but the Mint didn't make any halves in 1922. Please look again and post a new question with more information.

That design is known as a Peace dollar, and 1922 is by far the most common date. At current silver prices, it's worth about $23.
1922 silver dollar with closed eagle wings
You have one troy ounce of 99.9% pure silver. Current value about $16. BUT I GUESS THIS IS NOT SILVER If the word PEACE is under the eagle, you have a standard-issue dollar coin made of 90% silver. Its value is around $16 depending on the price of silver.
The 1922 silver dollar coin known as the Peace Dollar features the image of Liberty on the front and an eagle on the reverse, not Apollo. A 1922 Peace Dollar in average circulated condition can be worth around its silver melt value, which fluctuates with silver prices. In mint condition or rare varieties, it can be worth significantly more to collectors.
That's correct. Peace dollars have an eagle on the back. If that's not what you were asking, next time ask a complete question.
There were no Standing Liberty Quarters minted in 1922.
The 1922 is probably a peace dollar. It would have the word peace on the side with the eagle. The 1921 is probably a Morgan dollar. It has a Liberty head on one side and an eagle on the other. These are worth about $25-35 on average.
It's NOT a LIBERTY dollar it's a PEACE dollar and the date 1922 is the most common of all Peace Dollars with values of $14.00-$19.00 for circulated coins

The coin no longer has a collectible value, take it to a jeweler that buys scrap gold & silver.
