The differences between a communist and a capitalist society are many and could easily fill a large book. The short, practical answer to this is that in a communist society the government controls the money, controls what people do to earn it, and distributes the wealth equally among the populace. In a capitalist society wealth is controlled by the people, and the harder you work the more you can earn. The government doesn't control every aspect of the economy.

"Book smarts" are the facts and data you get by studying books and going to school. "Street smarts" are the skills you learn by working and socializing "in the real world." Both are valuable. If you have a lot of education, but don't know how to communicate well, you won't be as successful when you get a job and live on your own. If you are very "savvy" about life, but have not gotten an education, you will also not be as successful as you could have been. People can do quite well using either type of "smart," but the best results come from using both!
If you are book smart and educated you can get a job to keep you off the streets. If you are street smart you can keep yourself safe while living on the streets because you neglected your education.

Some people believe that your life is in the hands of "Fate" but I think it just depends on your personality and how you handle things. You can't just ask someone, who will be my husband and get a direct answer. You should look for someone with a similar personality as yours, or someone who fills in your "missing points" (or something). For example, you have street smarts, he has book smarts.
There are many different times of intelligence, book smarts, streets smarts and art smarts. The one most people think about is book smarts which is determined by IQ and or grades. Other smarts are not so easy to measure.
...perhaps president of something, or some place... but not the US. Albert Einstein may have been brilliant, but know one knows if he was involved in politics, if people would agree with him, or if he had the brains for politics. It is just like there is street smarts and book smarts. Anyone can be president. He may not have been fit to be.
