No pacjkage has been decided on yet. And as to getting a check when one is, there seems to be some confusion that people think all stimulus packages include a stimulus check. They do not. The term is just generally applied to recent budget/tax laws that include many, many things hopefully geared to stimulate the economy....likley never again a check to people -- as that almost caused more troubles than it helped and simply was one of many parts of that package that did not work well at all.
