Are you asking how the monetary system (e.g.., Federal Reserve, Treasury, interest rates, that sort of thing) is organized? If you are truly asking how the free market economic system is organized, well the answer is that it isn't. It's the result of millions of people making billions of decisions that they consider to be in their best interest. These decisions and actions send "signals" to others. I'd be happy to go into this further if this is the question you are asking.

A leader creates a vision of where the company is to go and shares it with others in the company. This allows the others to make daily decisions which, together, will lead toward the desired goals. Without leadership people tend to make decisions which contradict other people's decisions and people frequently work against each other.
While it would be nice to go back in time and fix things, it is impossible to do. Rather than dwell on the past, focus on the future and making better decisions.
